AB - اكتسبت البيئات التدريبية أهمية متزايدة لتنمية مهارات العاملين على أنظمة الادارة الالكترونية عن طريق تصميم بيئة تدريب متنقل تكيفي قائم علي الدمج بين الوسائط التشاركية والأوعية السحابية، ليبنى المتدرب من خلالها خبراته المعرفية عن طريق تعلمه كيفية إستخدام مختلف أدوات التفاعل ليصل للمعلومة بنفسه من خلال تقديم محتوي إلكتروني ذات جودة عالية يسهم بشكل فعال في مراعاة الفروق الفردية بين المتدربين، ويزيد من فاعلية التدريب وتحسين مخرجاته. أهداف البحث : 1) تنمية مهارات العاملين في إستخدام نظام الزهراء للمدن الجامعية كأحد أنظمة الإدارة الالكترونية. 2) الكشف عن أثر تصميم بيئة تدريب (متنقل - تكيفي) قائمة على الدمج بين الوسائط التشاركية والأوعية السحابية على تنمية الجوانب المعرفية لدى العاملين على نظام الزهراء لإدارة المدن الجامعية بجامعه المنصورة. أهمية البحث : 1) المساعدة على التغلب على مشكلات العاملين على نظام الزهراء لإدارة المدن الجامعية بالجامعات فى مجال التدريب. 2) تقديم إتجاهات جديدة في بيئات التدريب المتنقل التكيفي القائمة على دمج الوسائط التشاركية والأوعية السحابية. منهج البحث: المنهج الوصفي، المنهج التجريبي، منهج تطوير المنظومات. أدوات البحث : 1) إختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية لمهارات إستخدام نظام الزهراء لإدارة المدن الجامعية. 2) بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات إستخدام نظام الزهراء لإدارة المدن الجامعية. نتائج البحث: 1) التوصل لوجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات متعلمي المجموعات التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي المرتبط بمهارات استخدام نظم الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى المتعلمين بجامعة المنصورة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2) التوصل لوجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات متعلمي المجموعات التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء والمرتبطة بمهارات استخدام نظم الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى المتعلمين بجامعة المنصورة. 3) التوصل لوجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعات التجريبية الأربعة وذلك في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي المرتبط بمهارات إستخدام نظم الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى المتعلمين بجامعة المنصورة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى والتي درست بنمط مختصر من خلال الفيس بوك. 4) التوصل لوجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلاب المجموعات التجريبية الأربعة وذلك في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المرتبطة بمهارات استخدام نظم الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى المتعلمين بجامعة المنصورة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى والتي درست بنمط مختصر من خلال الفيس بوك. AB - Training environments have gained an increasing importance in developing the skills of employees in electronic management systems by designing an adaptive mobile training environment based on the integration of participatory media and cloud tools. The trainee builds his knowledge experiences by learning how to use various interactive tools to access the information himself by providing electronic content High quality contributes effectively to the consideration of individual differences among trainees, and increases the effectiveness of training and improve its output. Research Objectives: 1) Developing the skills of employees in using Zahraa system for university cities as an electronic management system. 2) Explore the impact of designing a training environment (mobile-adaptive) based on the integration of participatory media and cloud tools on the development of knowledge and performance aspects among employees of Al-Zahra at Mansoura University. Research Importance: 1) Help to overcome the problems of workers on the Zahraa system to manage the university cities in all Egyptian universities, including Mansoura University in the field of training. 2) Continuous development and professional development of the university staff. 3) Introduce new trends in adaptive mobile training environments based on the integration of participatory media and cloud. Research Methodology: The descriptive approach, Curriculum development systems, Experimental Approach. Research Tools: 1) The achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects of the skills of using the Zahraa system. 2) Note card to measure the performance aspects of the skills of using the Zahraa system. Research findings : 1) There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the four experimental groups in the post-application of the achievement test related to the skills of using electronic management systems among the learners at Mansoura University where the students of the initial experimental group (which was trained in a short style through Facebook) exceeded the students of other experimental groups in the post-application of the cognitive achievement test of the skills of using the electronic management systems of the employees of Mansoura University. 2) There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) among the average scores of the students of the four experimental groups in the post application of the performance note related to the skills of using electronic management systems among learners at Mansoura University. The first pilot (which was trained in a short style through Facebook) on the students of the other experimental groups in the post application of the special observation card for the skills of the use of electronic management systems for the staff of Mansoura University.
