AB - هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن أثر تصميم بيئة تعلم إلكترونية قائمة على التعلم الشخصي لتنمية مهارات تحضير الدروس الإلكترونية لدى معلمي العلوم. واستخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج البحث شبه التجريبي، كما تضمنت إجراءات البحث اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (30) معلم ومعلمة من محافظة بغداد مديرية الكرخ 2. كما اعتمد البحث على التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة وشملت أدوات الدراسة على قائمة مهارات، وقائمة معايير تصميمية، وقائمة بالأهداف العامة والسلوكية، واختبار تحصيلي معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة لمهارات تحضير الدروس الإلكترونية لدى معلمي العلوم، وبطاقة تقييم المنتج النهائي. وقد قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة باْستخدام البرنامج الاْحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية "SPSS20". وقد توصل البحث الحالي إلى النتائج التالية: 1) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3) تحقق البيئة التدريبية فاعلية في تنمية المهارات لمعلمي العلوم لا تقل عن (0.6) عندما تقاس بنسبة الفاعلية لماك جوجيان. كما شمل البحث مناقشة تلك النتائج وتقديم تفسير لها. AB - The current research goal is to explore the impact of designing an e-learning environment based on personal learning to develop e-learning skills for science teachers. The researcher used the descriptive research method and the semi-empirical research method. The research procedures included the selection of a random sample of (30) teachers and teachers from Baghdad governorate, Al-Karkh Directorate 2. The research was based on a one-set experimental design. The study tools included a skills list, a list of design criteria, a list of general and behavioral goals, a cognitive achievement test, a note note for e-learning skills for science teachers, and a final product evaluation card. The researcher applied the appropriate statistical processing methods using the social statistical program “SPSS20”. The current research has reached the following results : 1) There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean scores of the tribal and post-application applications for the benefit test for the post-application. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the intermediate scores of the tribal and remote applications of the note of skill performance for the benefit of the post application. 3) The training environment shall be effective in the development of skills for science teachers not less than (0.6) when measured by the effectiveness ratio of MacGujian.
