AB - تهدف الدراسة الحالية لتقييم مستوى تحكم أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي المتربص في الكفايات التدريسية بمقاطعة برج الغدير 01 ولاية برج بوعريريج، شملت عينة الدراسة الأساسية 30 أستاذا متربصا بالمدارس الابتدائية بالمقاطعة. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة صممت الباحثة شبكة ملاحظة من 92 عبارة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد: كفاية التخطيط للتدريس، كفاية التنفيذ وإدارة القسم، كفاية الوسائل التعليمية، وكفاية التقويم. واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية المتوسط الحسابي والمتوسط الفرضي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. كشفت الدراسة أن درجة تحكم أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي في الكفايات التدريسية الأربعة منخفضة، وبناء على هذه النتائج فإن الدراسة توصي بالعناية بتكوين الأساتذة انطلاقا من احتياجاتهم التكوينية، وكذلك عقلنة التكوين من خلال التخطيط له بالتوفيق بين جانبيه النظري والتطبيقي. AB - This study aimed at investigating the extent of trainee teaches’ versed of teaching competencies in circonscription of Bordj Ghédir 1, state of BBA. The sample of the teachers consisted of (30) trainee teachers’ at primary schools. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the researcher designed a card of observation, which consisted of 92 phrase distributed among four domains: Competency of repairing teaching, competency of implementation and classroom management, competency of teaching materials and competency of evaluation. The results showed that the extent of trainee teachers’ versed of teaching competencies was low. Based on these results, this study recommends to care about teachers training according to their needs assessment. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
AB - La présente étude vise à évaluer le niveau des compétences pédagogiques de l'enseignant stagiaire à l'école primaire. Dans circonscription de Bordj Ghédir 1 -l'état de Burj Bou Arreij. L'échantillon comprenait 30 enseignant stagiaires. Pour atteindre l'objectif de cette étude, le chercheur a conçu une grille de note de 92 phrase distribué sur quatre dimensions: compétence de la planification de l'enseignement, compétence de la implementation et la gestion de classe, compétence des supports pédagogiques, compétence de la évaluation. Le chercheur a utilisé les méthodes statistiques suivantes: Moyenne arithmétiquem, moyenne par défaut L'étude a conclu que le niveau des compétences pédagogique de l'enseignant stagiaire à l'école primaire est faible, basé sur ces résultats , l'étude recommande l'attention à la formation des enseignants en fonction de leurs besoins de formation , aussi bien rationaliser le formation par la planification et la réconciliation théorique et pratique.
