AU - بنات، سهيلة محمود AU - غيث، سعاد منصور AU - الفريحات، عمار عبد الله محمود AU - إسماعيل، تنسيم AU - البنا، محمد أحمد AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة واقع دمج القضايا الروحانية في الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي بالمدرسة الحكومية الأردنية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (41) مرشداً ومرشدة من مديرية تربية عين الباشا، ولأغراض الدراسة قام الباحثون ببناء مقياس دمج القضايا الروحانية في الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي، وتمّ استخراج دلالات الصدق والثبات للمقياس، ثم طُبق على عينة الدراسة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ مستوى دمج القضايا الروحانية في الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي جاء مرتفعاً، ولم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائية في مستوى دمج القضايا الروحانية في الإرشاد تعزى لمتغيرات جنس المرشد، وسنوات الخبرة، ومستوى المدرسة. The study sample consisted of (41) male and female counselors at the directorate of education in Ayn Al-Basha. The researchers developed a scale to measure the application of spirituality by the school counselors, and their attitudes toward applying spirituality in counseling. The validity and stability of the scale were established. The study results indicated that the level of applying spiritual issues by the school counselors was high. They also revealed that there were no statistical differences in the level of applying spiritual issues in counseling related to variables of gender, years of experience and the level of the school.
