AU - محمد، مها ياسر رضوان AU - الجيار، سهير علي AU - عبد القوي، حنان عبد العزيز AB - تناول البحث كيفية تفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي المفتوح بمصر لتحقيق التنمية البشرية، وتقديم المقترحات الإجرائية لتحقيق ذلك .ويهدف البحث تعرف الإطار المفاهيمي للتعليم الجامعي المفتوح من حيث نشأته ومفهومه وفلسفته وأنماطه، وتحديد الأسس النظرية للتنمية البشرية من حيث نشأتها ومفهومها وأبعادها وأهدافها، وكذلك توضيح العلاقة بين التعليم الجامعي المفتوح وتحقيق التنمية البشرية من خلال أدواره ووظائفه في المجالات التعليمية والتدريبية والتكنولوجية والمهنية، وتوصل البحث إلى تقديم بعض المقترحات الإجرائية لتفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي المفتوح بمصر لتحقيق التنمية البشرية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي حيث استخدم هذا المنهج عند رصد وتحليل التعليم الجامعي المفتوح ودوره في تحقيق التنمية البشرية.
