AU - القحطاني، نورة صالح مداوي ال عجيب AU - السيف، عبد المحسن بن سيف بن إبراهيم AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة طلبة المرحلة الثانوية للقيم الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر معلميهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة باختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة بلغ حجمها (49) معلمة من المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الدرعية، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لدراسته الحالية، واشتملت على الأبعاد التالية: (علاقة الطالبة بالمعلمات - علاقة الطالبة بزميلاتها - علاقة الطالبة بالإدارة المدرسية والموظفات الاداريات في المدرسة)، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الإستبانة أثبتت النتائج أن هناك تقارب في فاعلية إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على كل أبعاد الإستبانة من وجهة نظر المعلمات في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة الدرعية حيث تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهم على عبارات هذا المحور الأول (علاقة الطالبة بالمعلمات) بين (1.6122 إلى 2.1837)، وفي المحور الثاني (علاقة الطالبة بزميلاتها) تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهم على عبارات هذا المحور ما بين (1.4082 إلى 1.8571)، وفي المحور الثالث (علاقة الطالبة بالإدارة المدرسية والموظفات الاداريات في المدرسة) تراوحت ما بين (1.5306 إلى 1.9796)، كما أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات افراد العينة ترجع لمتغيرات الدراسة (العمر- المستوى التعليمي- الخبرة) ، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
