AB - This study aimed to identify The degree of strategic Entrepreneurship practice of secondary school principals in the capital Amman government and its relation to the organizational trust of teachers from Principals assistant point of view and to identify the differences of views according to the variables gender scientific qualification and years of experience .In order to achieve this goal, and questionnaire was developed (50) divided into eight failed (strategic Entrepreneurship, culture entrepreneurship, leadership entrepreneurship, information, innovation and it was verified and validated and applied (135) principle assistant. The researcher used the descriptive approach to the study and distributed questionnaire. The result of study showed that the total degree of the practice of the principals of secondary private school in the capital governorate of Amman for strategic Entrepreneurship was high where the arithmetic mean was (3.75), All dimensions of the tool were also at a high level, and the level of organizational trust between the faculty members was high and with a mean (3.85), Also as a result, there was a positive correlation between the degree of strategic Entrepreneurship and the degree of organizational trust, as well as a positive relationship between all dimensions of both tools. As there are no statistically significant differences in the practice of administrative transparency due to the gender variable, Academic level and experience". The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important one was the work to deepen and increase the awareness of the practice of strategic Entrepreneurship among secondary school as well as increase the level of organizational trust by training them on the concept of strategic Entrepreneurship and informing them about the international experience to confirm the Entrepreneurship of all school workers and the elimination of some, The study also recommended conducting similar studies in Jordanian governmental schools.
