AU - الغامدي، حمدان محمد AB - یهدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد قائمة بالمعاییر والمواصفات الفنیة الخاصة بتصمیم الكتب الالكترونیة الدراسیة، والكشف عن نواحي القوة والضعف في الكتب الدراسیة الإلكترونیة للصف الثاني متوسط، ووضع تصور مقترح لما ینبغي علیه أن تكون الكتب الدراسیة الإلكترونیة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي بهدف تعرف الواقع الفعلي لكتاب العلوم الإلكتروني المقررة على الصف الثاني المتوسط والتعرف على المعاییر التربویة والفنیة لبناء الكتاب الإلكتروني. اختار الباحث عینة البحث کتاب العلوم الإلكتروني للصف الثاني المتوسط. استخدم الباحث الأدوات التالیة: استمارة استطلاع رأي السادة المحكمین للمعاییر التربویة والفنیة لتصمیم الكتاب الإلكتروني التعلیمي، واستبانة بالمعاییر التربویة والفنیة في صورتها النهائیة بعد تحكیمها، واستمارة استطلاع رأي لمدى توفر هذه المعاییر وأهمیتها في عینة البحث وهو کتاب العلوم الإلكتروني للصف الثاني المتوسط. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أنه یجب أن تحتوی الكتب الدراسیة الإلكترونیة على أهداف تعلیمیة مصاغة بصورة سلوکیة، وتنظیم للمحتویات الكتاب الإلكتروني، وتوفر التفاعلیة، ووجود غلاف للكتاب الإلكتروني، وأن تكون جمیع هذه العناصر مبنیة فی ضوء معاییر تربویة وفنیة. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to know the actual reality of the book The researcher chose the electronic research book for the second intermediate grade. One of the main findings of the research is that electronic textbooks must contain educational objectives that are structurally structured, an e-book content organization, an interactive presentation, an e-book cover, and all these elements are built in the light of educational and technical standards.
