AU - الجراح، هاني يوسف AB - هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الأخلاقي وتقدير الذات لدى طلبة جامعة العين للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، والعلاقة بين الذكاء الأخلاقي والدافعية إلى الإنجاز لديهم. تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي حيث قام الباحث باستخدام ثلاثة مقاييس لجمع البيانات، وهي: مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي، وتقدير الذات، والدافعية إلى الإنجاز. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة العين للعلوم والتكنولوجيا. وأظهرت النتائج وجود درجة متوسطة في مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي، ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين الذكاء الأخلاقي وكل من تقدير الذات والدافعية إلى الإنجاز لدى طلبة جامعة العين. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مقاييس الدراسة (الذكاء الأخلاقي، تقدير الذات، ودافعية الإنجاز) تبعا لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح طلبة السنة الثالثة، وعدم وجود فروق (الذكاء الأخلاقي، تقدير الذات، ودافعية الإنجاز) تبعاً لمتغير الجنس. وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بتعزيز الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى الطلبة، وتعزيز محاولتهم للتعامل مع المشكلات التي تواجههم من خلل تنمية أنماط السلوك الأخلاقية والعمل على ترسيخها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the relationship between moral intelligence and self-esteem among students from Al Ain University of Science and Technology and the relationship between moral intelligence and achievement motivation. The researcher used three scales to collect data: moral intelligence scale, self-esteem scale and the motivation for achievement scale. The study sample consisted of 300 students from Al Ain University. The results showed that there was a moderate degree at the level of moral intelligence among students and that there was a statistically significant relationship between moral intelligence on the one hand, and self-esteem and motivation for achievement on the other. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in moral intelligence, self-esteem and motivation for achievement due to academic level in favor of third-year students, and that there were no statistically significant differences due to gender variable. The study recommended giving more attention to enhancing students’ moral intelligence and fostering their efforts to deal with the problems they face.
