AU - الأشموري، خالد علي عبده AU - غليون، أزهار محمد AU - الصبري، حورية عبد الرقيب طاهر AB - تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية تدريس مقرر مطوّر، وفقًا لنظرية جولمان لتنمية الذكاء الوجداني، لدى طلبة كلية التربية، جامعة صنعاء، وقد تم إعداد مقياس للذكاء الوجداني، واستعمال المنهج شبه التجريبي، والمنهج الوصفي، والتصميم ذي المجموعة الواحدة، والتطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأداة الدراسة، وقام الباحثون بتوصيف وبناء مقرر مطور وفقًا لنظرية جولمان، وتطبيق الأداة قبليًا على العينة، ثم تدريس المقرر لعينة البحث التي تكونت من (60) طالبًا وطالبةً من طلبة المستوى الثالث لأقسام (الرياضيات- الإنجليزي- العلوم) باعتباره مقررًا اختياريّا خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني (2017-2018م)، وفي نهاية الفصل طبقت الأداة نفسها وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين نتائج المقياس القبلي، والمقياس البعدي لمهارات الذكاء الوجداني لصالح المقياس البعدي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of teaching a developed course according to the Goleman's theory for the development of emotional intelligence, among students of the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University. The researchers follow different tools such as a measure of emotional intelligence, the use of a quasi-experimental approach, a descriptive approach, a single-group design, pre- and post-application to carry out this study. The researchers described and built a developed course according to Goleman's theory for developing emotional intelligence, which consisted of (60) third level students of the departments (Mathematics - English - Science) as an optional course during the second semester (2017-2018). By the end of the semester, the same tool was applied and the results revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the results of the pre- and post-scale of emotional intelligence skills in favor of the post-scale.
