AU - العتيبي، منصور بن نايف AB - The study aimed at identifying the impact of university Created jobs on job performance. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The study was applied to (251) persons of the academic leaderships at five Saudi universities. The most prominent findings showed that the impact of those created jobs represented in knowledge management, cultures’ construction, and community’s leadership in job performance was very high. There were no statistically significant differences due to the academic rank or the nature of the work, except in the field of community leadership in favor of the scientific council members at university. At the end, the study recommended the adoption of the university’s created jobs.
