AU - البقمي، خالد بن محمد بن عبد الله AB - ھدفت الدراسة تعرف تمكن الطلاب المعلمین بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامیة من المھارات التدریسیة الأساسیة. اعتمد الباحث على استخدام المنھج الوصفي التحلیلي؛ نظراً لملاءمتھا لأھداف الدَراسة، فقد عرف المنھج الوصفي أنھا: المنھج الـذي یقـوم علـى دراسة الظاھرة كما ھي في الواقع، وجمع أوصافھا ومعلومات دقیقـة عنھـا، ویھـتم بوصـفھا وصـفا دقیقا ویعبر عنھا كمیّا أو كیفیا، تألف مجتمع الدراسة الحالیة من الطلاب المعلمین بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامیة، والـذین یتبعـون لكلیة العلوم الاجتماعیة في أقسام كلیة أصول الدین والتاریخ والجغرافیا، وتكونت عینة الدراسة من (190) طالب من طلاب التربیة العملیة بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامیة، استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة. نظرا لمناسبتھا لتحقیق أھداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتھا. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة توصیات منھا: ضرورة تدریب الطلاب على مھارات التدریس واستخدام الوسائل التعلیمیة والتكنولوجیة، ضرورة إعداد المعلم في فترة التربیة العملیة لتنمیة مھارات التدریس، رفع مستوى الإعداد المھني للطلاب المعلمین في المھارات التدریسیة الأساسیة، أھمیة تطبیق أسالیب تعزیز وتقویم أداء المعلمین الطلاب لتحدید احتیاجاتھم والمساعدة في تطویر مھاراتھم التدریسیة والأكادیمیة، العمل على تطویر معاییر محددة ودقیقة لتقییم أداء الطلاب المعلمین بشكل فعال، توجیھ كلیات إعداد المعلمین على الاستعانة بأستاذة أكفاء للقیام بتدریب الطلاب المعلمین. Study Community: the current study community consists of teachers students in Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University who are affiliated to social sciences college in Religion Origins, history and geography College Departments. The study sample consisted of (190) students of scientific education in Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool due to its appropriateness for fulfilling the study objectives and answering its questions. The study reached to a group of recommendations such as: 1) The need for training students on teaching skills and using educational and technological means. 2) The need for teacher preparation in the period of scientific education in order to develop teaching skills. 3) Raising the level of professional preparation for teachers students in basic teaching skills. 4) The importance of applying boosting methods and evaluating students teachers performance in order to determine their requirements and help them in developing their teaching and academic skills. 5) Working on developing specific and accurate criteria for evaluating teachers students performance effectively. 6) Directing the colleges of teachers preparation to use competent teachers in order to perform teachers students training.
