AU - الزبن، ممدوح بنيه AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على السعادة النفسية وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الجامعة الأردنية المتوقع تخرجهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (446) طالبا وطالبة متوقع تخرجهم تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. قام الباحث باستخدام مقياس أكسفورد للسعادة النفسية وتطوير مقياس مستوى الطموح، وقد تم استخراج معاملات الصدق والثبات وكانت مقبولة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن الطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم لديهم مستوى متوسط من السعادة النفسية، كما وأشارت إلى أن الطلبة المتوقع تخرجهم لديهم مستوى منخفض في مستوى الطموح، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية بين مستوى الطموح والسعادة النفسية، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05)، في السعادة النفسية ومستوى الطموح تبعا للجنس لصالح الإناث. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to identify the psychological happiness and its relation to the level of ambition among the students of the University of Jordan expected to graduate. The study sample consisted of (446) students, they were randomized from the students who were expected to be graduated. The researcher used the oxford scale of psychological happiness and developed a level of ambition scale. The coefficients of honesty and consistency were extracted and were accepted. The results of the study indicated that the students expected to graduate have an average level of psychological happiness, it also indicated that the students expected to graduate have a low level of ambition, further more the results showed a positive correlation between the level of ambition and psychological happiness, in addition the results indicated that there are differences of statistical significance at the level of significance (α=0.05), the psychological happiness and the level of ambition depending on gender for the benefit of females.
