AU - بركة، سناء حنون أحمد AU - شهاب، منى عبد الصبور محمد AU - رمضان، حياة علي محمد AU - عيسى، علياء علي AU - نشوان، تيسير محمود AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الكفايات التدريسية في ضوء المعايير العالمية لتنمية التفكير المستقبلي للطالب معلم المرحلة الأساسية بقطاع غزة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة اختبار التفكير المستقبلي، حيث تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة تطبيقا قبليا وبعديا، وقد تكونت المجموعة من (30) طالبة من الطالبات المعلمات للمرحلة الأساسية بجامعة الأقصى. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في تحديد الكفايات التدريسية، وفي بناء البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الكفايات التدريسية في ضوء المعايير العالمية، كما استخدمت المنهج التجريبي القائم على التصميم شبه التجريبي المتمثل في المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لاختبار التفكير المستقبلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأثر كبير للبرنامج على تنمية التفكير المستقبلي. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used future thinking test then applying the research tool pre and posttest. The sample consisted of (30) subjects who are basic stage student teachers in Al-Aqsa university. The researcher used the descriptive approach in building the training program based on teaching competencies in the light of international standards. Besides, she used the quasi-experimental approach based on the design of one experimental group. The results of the study: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre application and their mean scores in the post application of the test of future thinking in favor of the post application .and a great effect on the development of future thinking caused by the program.
