AU - الفايدي، إيمان السيد جاد المولى AU - العطاري، عارف توفيق AB - تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مديري المدارس الثانوية في مدينة بنغازي بليبيا في الممارسة التدبرية لمعلميهم، وعلاقته بتطوير قدراتهم القيادية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطوير استبانة وزعت على عينة من (363) معلما ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية بمدينة بنغازي تمثل 2.5% من مجتمع الدراسة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مديري المدارس يقومون بدورهم في الممارسة التدبرية وكذلك في تطوير القدرات القيادية للمعلمين بدرجة متوسطة. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين دور المدير في الممارسة التدبرية للمعلمين، وتطوير قدراتهم القيادية. وانتهت الدراسة بمناقشة النتائج في ضوء الأدبيات، والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة. كما قدمت الدراسة توصيات مستندة للنتائج. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed at identifying the role of secondary school principals in Benghazi Libya in the reflective practice of their teachers and its relationship with the development of the leadership potentials of teachers in those schools. The study employed the descriptive methodology. A questionnaire consisting of 53 items was administered to a sample of (363) teachers representing 2.5% of the study population at the secondary schools of Benghazi. The findings show that the principals mildly carry out their role in the reflective practice of teachers and in the development of their leadership potentials. The findings point to significant relationship between reflective practice and the development of the leadership potentials of teachers. The study concluded with discussion of findings in the light of related literature and research studies. The study gave results based recommendations.
