AU - العمري، عبد الله حسن حمد AB - http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this study was to reveal the degree of application of TQM in public schools in Jordan from the point of view of its employees. The sample of the study consisted of (287) principals and teachers in the schools of the province of Irbid for the year 2017/2018. A tool was developed for the study consisting of (18) paragraphs divided into three areas (commitment management focus on the recipient of the service (the student), quality assurance), and the validity of the tool was confirmed and stability. The study found that the degree of application of TQM in public schools in Jordan from the point of view of its employees was high. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in all fields due to the effect of two years’ experience and scientific qualification, while there were statistically significant differences due to gender variable and job title. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which were: the standards for total quality management in schools and work to promote the application of these standards. And the continuous evaluation of TQM processes to identify strengths and weaknesses in implementation in order to avoid and promote weaknesses.
