AU - الحافظي، فهد بن سليم سالم AB - هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي المقترح القائم على نظام إدارة التعلم (بلاك بورد) في تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية ومهارات التفكير التأملي لدى طلاب الكلية التقنية في مدينة جدة، ولتحق ذلك، تمّ اختيار عينة عشوائية متيسرة بلغت 30 طالبا. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي - تصميم المجموعة الواحدة. وجمعت بيانات الدارسة باستخدام اختبار المواقف ومقياس التفكير التأملي. وحلّلت بيانات أداتي الدارسة من خلال المتوسطات الحسابية والانحارف المعياري، بالإضافة إلى حساب اختبار (ت) ومعادلة الكسب المعدل لبلاك. وكشفت نتائج الدارسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة الدارسة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في اختبار المواقف لقيم المواطنة الرقمية وفي مقياس مهارات التفكير التأملي لدى الطلاب، وفاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية ومهارات التفكير التأملي. To achieve this, a random sample of 30 students. The study followed the semi-experimental approach - one group design, And collected the study data using the test of attitudes and the scale of reflective thinking. The data of the study instruments were analyzed using the mean and standard deviation, as well as the T-test calculation and the adjusted gain equation for black. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α 00,05) between the average scores of the study group in the tribal and remote applications in the cognitive achievement test for the concepts of digital citizenship and in the note card for the digital citizenship skills of the students of the preparatory year at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah , And the effectiveness of the educational program in developing the concepts and skills of digital citizenship.
