AU - سليمان، منى محمد محمد AU - أمين، عبد الناصر عبد الحليم AB - تمثل القيادة الاستراتيجية النمط القيادي الأكثر ملائمة لتحقيق نجاح المؤسسات التعليمية، وإحداث التوازن بطريقة إبداعية بين مقتضيات البيئة الخارجية من ناحية والقيم والأغراض والأولويات التنظيمية من ناحية أخري، و تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة الحالية في تعرف درجة ممارسة عمداء كليات جامعة الملك خالد لمهارات القيادة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم إعداد استبانة تتكون من ست محاور خاصة بمهارات القيادة الاستراتيجية الست وهى "الاستباقية، التحدي، التفسير، اتخاذ القرار، المواءمة، التعلم "، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مهارات العميد إجمالا موجودة بدرجة كبيرة وذلك من وجهة نظر عينة البحث وتتعدي حد الكفاية، وأعلى المهارات هي (مهارة اتخاذ القرار) واقل المهارات (مهارة التوافق) وتم عمل مقابلة لخبراء في مجال التخطيط لإثراء التصور المقترح بخبراتهم وكان التصور المقترح خاص بتنمية ثلاث مهارات هي مهارة التفسير ومهارة التحدي ومهارة التوافق باعتبارها أقل المهارات توفرًا عند العمداء. The problem of this study is to determine the degree to which KAUST deans of strategic leadership skills. The study used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire was prepared consisting of six axes for the six strategic leadership skills: "Proactive, Challenge, Interpretation, Decision Making, Harmonization, Learning". The skills of Brigadier General are very large and that from the point of view of the research evidence and exceed the limits of sufficiency, and he most important skills are (decision-making skill) and less skill (compatibility skill). An interview with experts in the field of planning was conducted to enrich the proposed perception of their experiences.
