AU - الحمران، محمد خالد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص فاعلية استراتيجية التعلّم النشط في تنمية الدافعية للتعلم والتحصيل العلمي واتجاهات الطلبة نحو مساق إدارة الصف والمشغل. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعتين؛ مجموعة تجريبية درست وفق التعلّم النشط، ومجموعة ضابطة درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية. وبلغ عدد الطلبة (60) طالباً وطالبة بواقع (38) طالبة و(22) طالباً؛ تم توزيعهم بواقع (30) طالباً وطالبة للمجموعة التجريبية و(30) للمجموعة الضابطة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ عمل الباحث على تطوير اختبار للتحصيل العلمي مكونٍ من (40) فقرة، ومقياس للدافعية مكوناً من (25) فقرة، ومقياس للاتجاهات وتكون من (20) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط علامات المجموعتين التجريبية التي درست باستخدام التعلّم النشط وعلامات المجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية على كل من الاختبار التحصيلي العلمي ومقياس الدافعية والاتجاهات ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بضرورة استخدام استراتيجية التعلّم النشط في تعليم طلبة الجامعة في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في ضوء نواتج التعلّم المتعلقة بالدافعية والتحصيل العلمي والاتجاهات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the active learning strategy in the development of motivation for learning and achievement and the students' attitudes towards the management of the class and the operator. The study was followed by a semi-experimental method. The study sample consisted of two groups: an experimental group studied according to active learning, and a control group studied according to the usual method. (30) Students for the experimental group and (30) for the control group. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher worked on developing a test of academic achievement consisting of (40), and a measure of motivation consisting of (25) paragraph, and a measure of trends and be (20) paragraph. The results of the study showed a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the two experimental groups studied using active learning and the control group scores that were studied in the usual way on both the cognitive achievement test, the driving scale, the trends and the benefit of the experimental group. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the use of active learning strategy in the teaching of university students at the University of Balqa Applied in light of the learning outcomes related to motivation, academic achievement and trends.
