AU - حسن، السيد أحمد أنور علي AU - خميس، محمد عطية AU - المعتصم، أميرة محمد AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة لاستقصاء أثر استراتيجية التعلم الإلكتروني التعاوني القائم على مجموعات الخبراء عبر الويب في تنمية كفايات المعلم الميسر في إدارة الفصول الافتراضية بمركز التطوير التكنولوجي بوزارة التربية والتعليم، كما تهدف إلى تحديد الكفايات المعرفية والمهارية اللازمة لإدارة الفصول الافتراضية عبر الويب، وتحديد المعايير التصميمية التي ينبغي مراعاتها عند تصميم البرنامج الإلكتروني باستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني عبر الويب. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (28) معلما من معلمي مركز التطوير التكنولوجي التابع لوزارة التربية والتعليم وقد وزع أفراد عينة الدراسة في سبع مجموعات بواقع (4) معلمين مسيرين في كل مجموعة من المجموعات، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه يوجد أثر لاستراتيجية التعلم الإلكتروني التعاوني القائم على مجموعات الخبراء عبر الويب في تنمية كفايات المعلم الميسر في إدارة الفصول الافتراضية. وأن البرنامج التدريبي يحقق فعالية في تنمية كفايات المعلم الميسر في إدارة الفصول الافتراضية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed to investigate the impact of e-learning-based cooperative strategy expert groups over the Web in the development of teacher competencies facilitator in the virtual classroom Technology Development Center at the Ministry of Education. It also aims to identify the knowledge and skill competencies required to manage virtual classrooms across the web, and determine design criteria that should be taken into account when designing mail program strategy collaborative learning via the Web. The study sample consisted of (28) a teacher of teachers of Technological Development Center under the Ministry of Education. The study sample was distributed in seven groups of (4) facilitator teachers in each of the groups, Search results and reached to the effect that there is a strategy for e-learning cooperative based expert groups over the Web in the development of teacher competencies facilitator in virtual classroom management. And that the training program achieves effective facilitator in the development of teacher competencies in virtual classroom management.
