AU - السعدية، حمدة بنت حمد بن هلال AU - الخروصية، رحمة بنت سليمان بن ناصر AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور إدارات المدارس في تعزيز ثقافة التربية المرورية لدى طلبة الصف العاشر بمدارس التعليم الأساسي – الحلقة الثانية في سلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهدافها استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج النوعي من خلال مقابلات شبه موجه لمعرفة الآليات المستخدمة في تعزيز ثقافة التربية المرورية، اشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على موظفين من وزارة التربية والتعليم، وثمان مدارس بالمديرية العامة للتربية والتعليم بمحافظتي مسقط وجنوب الباطنة، والمديرية العامة للمرور وجمعية السلامة على الطريق، واختيرت عينة قصدية بلغت (73) ممن لهم علاقة بتعزيز ثقافة التربية المرورية لدى الطلبة. بعد جمع البيانات تم تفريغها من الجهاز الصوتي إلى الكتابة بالحاسب الآلي وبعد معالجتها وتحليلها، أظهرت المقابلات عدد من النتائج منها أن المدارس المطبق عليها الدراسة تفتقر تضمين تعزيز ثقافة التربية المرورية في رؤية المدرسة ورسالتها بشكل واضح، وأن مدرستين من ثماني مدارس لها مشاريع واضحة في التربية المرورية، وأن دور إدارات المدارس لتعزيز التربية المرورية ظهر من خلال المحاضرات التوعية، إنشاء مدارس مرورية في بعض المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرجت بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها تفعيل ثقافة التربية المرورية في مدارس سلطنة عمان من خلال رؤية المدرسة ورسالتها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the role of school administrations in promoting the culture of traffic education among Grade 10 students at basic education schools of Cycle Two in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieved its objectives. The researchers deployed the qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews to identify the mechanisms used to promote the culture of traffic education. The study population included employees from the Ministry of Education, eight schools in the Directorate General of Education in the Governorates of Muscat and South Batinah, the General Directorate of Traffic and the Association of Road Safety. The researchers chose a purposeful sample of (73) participants concerned with the promotion of the culture of traffic education among Grade 10 students. After the data collection, the audio data was transcribed. The result shoved showed a number of results, including that the schools in question lack a clear inclusion of promoting the culture of traffic education in the vision and mission of the school, two schools of eight schools have clear projects in traffic education, and that the role of school administrations to promote traffic in education emerged through awareness raising lectures. Establish traffic schools in some schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education. In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations on of them is activating the culture of traffic education in the Sultanate of Oman schools through the vision and mission of the school.
