AU - سليم، رنا رشيد محمد AU - العبيدي، رحمة زهير طه AB - يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : 1) مستوى الشخصية النرجسية لدى تدريسيّ كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة الموصل. 2) التعرف على الفروق تبعاً للمتغيرات: الجنس (ذكور-إناث) والتخصص (علمي-أنساني) والدرجة العلمية (مدرس مساعد- مدرس- أستاذ مساعد- أستاذ). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت الباحثتان مقياس لقياس الشخصية النرجسية مكون من (30) فقرة. كما تحققت الباحثتان من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس من صدق وثبات، وتكونت عينة البحث من (197) تدريسي من تدريسيّ كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة الموصل للسنة الدراسية (2018-2019) بواقع (120) تدريسي و(77) تدريسية. واستخدمت الباحثتان الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) للعلوم الإحصائية في معالجة البيانات وتحليل النتائج. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aims at knowing: 1) the level for narcissism personality of teachers of basic education Mosal University. 2) Know the difference according to the variable of gender (male-female), specialization (scientific-humanitarian), academic degree (Assistant lecturer- Lecturer-Assistant prof- Professor). To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher made a scale of (30) items to measure narcissism personality. The researcher verified the psychometrical features of the scale regarding reliability and stability. The sample consisted of (197) teachers of basic education Mosel University for the academic year (2018-2019) falling into (120) males and (77) females. The researcher used (SPSS) of statistical sciences to treat data.
