AU - الحديدي، أحمد أديب قنبر شهاب AU - البجاري، أحمد يونس محمود AB - يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة لدى المرشدين التربويين، والفروق في مستوى جودة الحياة تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور، وإناث)، وسنوات الخدمة، وشملت عينة البحث (150) مرشداً ومرشدةً في محافظة نينوى للعام الدراسي (2017-2018)م بواقع (77) مرشد و(73) مرشدة، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث أعد الباحثان أداة (جودة الحياة) لقياس جودة الحياة والتي تتكون من (56) فقرة، واستعمل الباحثان عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية لغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث منها: (معامل ارتباط بيرسون، والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين، والاختبار الفائي، وتحليل التباين الأحادي) للتوصل إلى النتائج التي أشارت إلى أن المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بمستوى من الشعور بجودة الحياة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دال إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحثان عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The research aims at investigating the level of Quality of Life of Counselors, and the differences according to variables of sex (male female) and years of service in Nineveh Governorate, The sample consisted of (150) Counselors, (77) male, and (73) female, for the purpose of investigating the objective of the research aims, the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (56) items. The researchers have used number of statistical tools for to analyze data such as: Pearson, t-test for One sample, and t-test for two sample, and ANOVA One way, grindings show that, Counselors have high level of Quality of Life, and a female Counselors have higher score than male Counselors in level of Quality of Life, also there is no significant statistical difference between Counselors in Nineveh Governorate concerning period of occupation in regards to level of Quality of Life. In the light of the result, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
