AU - الجبوري، أفراح مكي عباس AB - The current research aims to identify the use of the teaching strategy of exchange in the collection of elements of art students in the Department of Art Education. The researcher used the experimental design, ie, the design of the two sets of partial adjustment in some variables and after the test. The sample of the research was deliberately chosen from the students of the first stage, the art education department of the basic education college, the Mustansiriya University. According to the strategy of cross-teaching by (30) students and room (1) control group, which was studied in the traditional way (30) students and the research tool was determined by the test in the art elements and has been verified the validity and stability of the tool. The researcher took care to provide internal and external safety for the experiment. The researcher prepared 11 teaching plans with 8plans for the experimental group and 8 for the students of the control group. After completion of the experiment, the test was conducted after the data was obtained and processed by means of the statistical test (test t) for two independent samples of equal number and obtained results and in light of which the researcher concluded Mayat: The students of the experimental group studied according to the reciprocal teaching strategy were superior to the students of the control group who studied according to the traditional method in the cognitive achievement test of art elements. The researcher recommended the use of the strategy of cross-teaching as better than the traditional way of collecting elements of art.
