AB - This study aims to explore the level of organizational loyalty of school principals and their relation to their outstanding performance. To achieve its objectives, we have selected a random sample composed of (60) school principals which belong to Al-Mazar province for the scholastic year 2017/2018. We have used the descriptive approach for this study. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire composed of (36) paragraphs divided into two parts: the organizational loyalty and the distinguished performance. The approach has been applied to the chosen sample. However, the results have shown that the level of the principles organizational loyalty was high and their performance was highly distinguished as well. Also, the results have shown that there were no differences of statistical indicators. Finally, the results have shown that there is a strong bond between organizational loyalty and the distinguished performance. So, the more the organizational loyalty is the more distinguished the performance. The researcher confirms the importance of organizational loyalty for school principles for its positive effect on the distinguished performance.
