AB - Job satisfaction multi-dimensional concept is the total satisfaction that Astmayor the individual from his job and his group work that works with them and who are subject to their supervision, as well as from the organization and the a function of human happiness and stability in his work satisfaction policy for this is one of Modo relations Important data. 1) The current research targeted the following: job satisfaction of educational counselors. 2) Differences in job satisfaction of educational counselors according to the variables: sex (male - female). The study sample consisted of (100) mentors and mentors from the staff of the schools covered by the educational guidance in the governorate of Baghdad. The third Karkh Education 2016-2017 was randomly chosen. To achieve the current research objectives, the researcher adopted the job satisfaction scale prepared by (Al Nuaimi 2000) The statistical properties of the scale and data processing, statistically the search results in the following results: 1) The educational counselors have a functional satisfaction. 2) Mentors have functional satisfaction between both males and females.
