AU - الرقاد، مي محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستويات الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي ومعلمات التربية الخاصة في العاصمة عمان في ضوء متغير النوع والعمر، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (150) معلما ومعلمة. باستخدام مقياس ماسلاش لاختراق النفسي (maslach)، كشفت نتائج الدراسة، إن مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة كان معتدلا حسب معايير ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي على بعدي الإجهاد الانفعالي وتبلد المشاعر، ومرتفعا على بعد نقص الشعور بالإنجاز، وإشارات النتائج إلى وجود فروق دال في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي على بعد الإجهاد الانفعالي لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاحتراق النفسي التابع لعمر المعلم، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث توصيات عدة أهمها عقد الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل ضرورة تحسين ظروف العمل الخاصة بمعلم التربية الخاصة، ومزاولة المهنة ومنح المزيد من الحوافز والمكافآت المادية لصعوبة العمل، والعمل على التأهيل النفسي وإعادة التأهيل بعد مرور فترة زمنية لا تزيد عن سنة دراسية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The study aimed to identify the levels of psychological combustion among special education teachers in the capital Amman in light of the gender and age variable. The study was applied to a random sample of 150 teachers. Using the Maslach scale, the results of the study revealed that the level of psychological combustion among special education teachers was moderate according to Maslash criteria for psychological combustion on the dimension of emotional stress and lack of passions in achievement. The results indicated that there are significant differences in the level of psychological combustion in the dimension of emotional stress for males and the absence of significant differences in the level of psychological combustion of the age of the teacher. based on the results of the study, the researcher made several recommendations including the holding of training courses, workshops need to improve the working conditions of the teacher of special education, practice the profession and grant more of the incentives and material rewards for difficult work, to work on psychological rehabilitation and returning rehabilitation after a period not exceeding one year.
