The two groups were matched in the variables of IQ, age and economic-social and cultural levels. The researchers used IQ scale for Stanford- Binet 4th edition of (Malika, 1998), Visual Perception Scale and the proposed training program based on the pictorial activity schedules strategy, consisted of 40 sessions. The results showed statistical significant differences in visual perception skills at level 0.01 between experimental and control groups in posttest favoring the experimental one. The results also registered statistical significant differences in visual perception skills at level 0.01 between pre and posttest for experimental group favoring the latter. The results, however, showed no statistical significant differences in visual perception skills between posttest and follow-up for the experimental group.
