AU - الغامدي، خالد بن عبد الرزاق AB - هدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتحسين جودة الحياة لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة شقراء، وتكونت العينة من (24) معلم من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية التابعين لإدارة تعليم محافظة شقراء، الذين حصلوا على أقل الدرجات في مقياس جودة الحياة، حيث تم تقسيمهم بالتساوي إلي مجموعتين (ضابطة - تجريبية)، وتتكون كل مجموعة من (12) معلم، وقد تم تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي على المجموعة التجريبية فقط، واستخدم الباحث في البحث الحالي الأدوات التالية: مقياس جودة الحياة، إعداد شقير (2009م)، البرنامج الإرشادي، إعداد الباحث (2017م)، وقد توصل البحث إلي فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي في تحسين جودة الحياة لدى المعلمين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current research aimed at probing the effectiveness of a counseling program in developing the quality of life among the secondary stage teachers in Shakraa Governorate. The participants of the study were 24 secondary stage teachers belonging to Shakraa Educational Directorate who attained the least degrees in the quality of life scale. The participants were categorized into two equal groups, namely, an experimental group and a control one, and each of which consisted of 12 teachers. The experimental group only completed the counseling program. The research made use of the quality of life scale prepared by Shokair (2009 A.D.) and the counseling program prepared by the researcher (2017 A.D.). The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the counseling program in developing the teachers’ quality of life.
