AU - بني حمد، حسان علي عبد الله AB - تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الممارسات التدريسيّة الصفية لمعلمي الطلبة الموهوبين في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة في منطقة نجران واختبار الفروق في تلك الممارسات تبعّا لاختلاف خصائصهم الديمغرافية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (34) معلماً ومعلمة، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ درجة الممارسات التدريسيّة لمعلمي الطلبة الموهوبين في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة في منطقة نجران جاء بدرجة كبيرة على مستوى الأداة الكلية، وحصلت (21) ممارسةً على درجة كبيرة، و(7) ممارسات على درجة متوسطة، وكشفت أيضًا عدم وجود فروقٍ دالةٍ إحصائياً في مستوى الممارسات التدريسيّة لمعلمي الطلبة الموهوبين في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة، تعزى لتأثير متغيرات الجنس، والخبرة التدريسيّة. وقد فسرت النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري للبحث والدراسات السابقة، ووضعت عددا من التوصيات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The present study aims to identify the teaching practices of the gifted students’ teachers in the light of the requirements of the knowledge society in Najran, and to test the differences in these practices according to their various demographic characteristics. The study utilized the analytical descriptive method. The sample consists of (34) gifted students teachers, who are randomly selected. The results have shown that the level of gifted students teachers practices in the light of the knowledge society requirements was high, where (21) practices obtain high level and (7) practices obtain a medium level. There are statistically significant differences in the level of teaching practices the gifted students’ teachers in the light of the requirements of the knowledge society due to the impact of gender and teaching experience.
