AU - فرحان، علياء حسين AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الخجل ، ومستوى آداء بعض المهارات الفنية بالكرة الطائرة، والتعرف على علاقة الخجل بأداء بعض المهارات الفنية بالكرة الطائرة لدى طالبات الصف الرابع العلمي ، واستخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي بالاسلوب الارتباطي على عينة من طالبات الصف الرابع العلمي من إعدادية الحريري للبنات البالغ عددهن (21) طالبة من المتعلمات لمهارات الكرة الطائرة تم أختيارهن عشوائيا،ً كما تم اختيار (20) طالبة لاجراء الاسس والمعاملات العلمية لمقياس الخجل والتي تمثلت بالاتساق الداخلي والثبات بعد تعديل بدائله إلى خمسة بدلاً من أربعة باتفاق الخبراء بالصدق الظاهري وتحديد مهارات الارسال والاستقبال وحائط الصد بالكرة الطائرة، وتم إجراء الدراسة المسحية للمدة من 4/4/2016 يوم الاثنين ولعغاية 4/5/2016 يوم الاربعاء بتطبيق المقياس والاختبارات المهارية الثلاثة ، واستنتجت الباحثة أن طالبات الرابع العلمي لديهن خجل واضح وضعف في آداء المهارات الثلاث بالكرة الطائرة ، وكلما زاد الخجل كلما أثر سلباً على آداء مهارات الارسال والاستقبال وحائط الصد بالكرة الطائرة.
