AU - عبود، رؤى محمد AB - يمثل البحث الحالي دراسة مصغرة لتقييم كفاءة معلمات التربية الرياضية في المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة البصرة في إدارة درس التربية الرياضية. حيث اتجه الباحث لتحديد بعض الكفايات والتي اتفق علية الخبراء وكذلك هدفت الدراسة الاعداد استمارة لتقييم مستوى الكفايات التعلمية لمعلمات التربية الرياضية الهدف منها رفع مستوى هذه الكفايات واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته وطبيعة المشكلة وضم ومجتمع البحث معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة البصرة قطاع (المعقل) وتم تحديد العينة بالطريقة العشوائية. وقانم الباحث باعداد أداة البحث والمتمثلة باستمارة ملاحظة تضمنت (5) مجالات للكفايات التعليمة وتضم (50) فقرة . وتم اجراء التجربة الاستطلاعية ومن ثم التجربة الرئيسية على أفراد العينة واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة لتغير النتائج وقد وخرجت الدراسة باستنتاجات عدة وتم على ضوئها اعداد توصيات منها (حث معلمات التربية الرياضية للمرحلة الابتدائية في تطوير الكفايات التعلمية ذاتيا، تكثيف الدورات ودعم المعلمات في تعزيز عملية التقويم لظهور ضعف واضح في هذا المجال). The researcher aimed to identify some competencies agreed upon by the experts. The study also aimed to prepare a form to assess the level of learning competencies of the physical education teachers aimed at raising the level of these competencies. The researcher used the descriptive method for its suitability and the nature of the problem. Random sample. The researcher prepared the research tool, which consists of a note form that included (5) areas of teaching competencies and includes (50) paragraphs. The study was carried out with several conclusions. In light of this, a number of recommendations were prepared, including (urging the teachers of physical education for the primary stage in the development of self-learning competencies, intensifying the courses and supporting the teachers in enhancing the (evaluation process).
