AU - الشجراوي، صباح AU - الضامن، فاطمة AU - العتوم، أحلام AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور التنمية المستدامة في التنشئة الاجتماعية ورعاية الطفولة في المدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين – منطقة حائل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانة الدراسة تكونت من 6 مجالات و(37) فقرة موزعة كالآتي هي: (الصحي، أساليب وطرق التدريس، المنهج، الاجتماعي، النفسي، الإداري) وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (42) من المعلمين في المدارس الابتدائية منطقة حائل للعام 1438/1439، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1) أن دور التنمية المستدامة في التنشئة الاجتماعية ورعاية الطفولة في المدارس الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين منطقة حائل جاءت بدرجه مرتفعة في كافة المجالات والأداة ككل. حيث حصل (أساليب التدريس والنفسي) على أعلى متوسط حسابي، بينما حصل مجال (المناهج) على أدنى متوسط حسابي. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α=0.05) في جميع المجالات والأداة ككل تعزى لأثر (المؤهل العلمي والخبرة). 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر (النوع). وأوصت الدراسة: 1) عقد دورات تدريبية للمديرين في المدارس لإشراك العاملين والطلبة في عملية اتخاذ القرار. 2) توجيه المدارس نحو عقد دورات وورش تثقيفية للمعلمين والطلبة نحو صحة أفضل والاهتمام بنواحي النظافة الشخصية والبيئية. (المقال المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to uncover the role of sustainable development in socialization and child care in primary schools from the point of view of teachers - hail region, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach has been used, and the identification of the study has been constructed from 6 areas and (37) paragraphs distributed as follows: (Health methods of teaching, curriculum, social, psychological, and administrative) and confirmed to be true and constant. The study population consists of (42) teachers in primary schools in Hail region for the year 1438/1439. 1) The role of sustainable development in the socialization and child care in primary schools from the point of view of teachers in Hail region came at a high level in all fields as well as the tool. 2) The (Methods of Teaching and psychology) came to the highest arithmetic average, while the (curriculum) received the lowest arithmetic average. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (α=. 05) in all areas and the tool as a whole due to the impact (scientific qualification and experience). 4) There are statistically significant differences at the statistical significance level (α=. 05) due to the effect of (Gender). The study recommended: 1) Holding training courses for directors in schools to involve staff and students in the decision-making process. 2) Directing schools to hold courses and workshops for teachers and students for better health and attention to personal and environmental hygiene.
