AU - صالح، إياد محمد AB - ظهرت أهمية البحث في دراسة واقع العمليات الإدارية ومنها كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للعمليات الادارية فيها بغية الوقوف على مواطن الضعف وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها و تعزيز ما هو ايجابي و حديث يحقق متطلبات التحسين الهائل والجودة الفائقة. وكانت أهداف البحث: 1) إعداد استبانه العمليات الإدارية في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة. 2) التعرف على واقع العمليات الإدارية في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في العراق . وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات :هناك فروق واضحة في واقع العمليات الإدارية بيع كليات التربية البدنية في جامعة بغداد المستنصرية. وأوصى الباحث: استخدام بيانات وأداة البحث (الاستبانه) هذا البحث في تقويم أداء الكليات موضوع البحث وتقويم العلميات الإدارية. The research objectives were: 1) Preparing the questionnaire of the administrative processes in faculties of physical education and sports sciences. 2) To identify the reality of the administrative processes in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq. The most important conclusions: There are clear differences in the reality of administrative processes selling faculties of physical education at Baghdad University of Mustansiriya. The researcher recommended using the data and the research tool (questionnaire) to evaluate the performance of the faculties of the research subject and evaluate the administrative processes.
