AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرّف على مشكلات البيئة التعليمية التي تواجه معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في تدريس مادة العلوم في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة المفرق، وقد أعدَ الباحث أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة مكوّنة من (51) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. ومن ثم تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (200) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الثلاث الأولى. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لإجابات عينة الدراسة على مجالات المشكلات البيئة التعليمية التي تواجه معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في تدريس مادة العلوم وجهة نظرهم كانت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات لصالح الإناث، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات. كما كشفت عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة ولصالح سنوات الخبرة التدريسية 10 سنوات فأكثر. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصية بأهمية عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الصفوف الأولى في كيفية مواجه المشكلات البيئية التعليمية. AB - This study aimed at Educational Environment Problems that Counter first three Classes in Teaching Science in Mafraq. The researcher developed the instrument of the study, a questionnaire consisted of (51) items. Its validity and reliability were, confirmed. The questionnaire was distributed to the study sample which consisted of (200) Teachers' of teachers of the first three grades in Mafraq Governorate. The results of the study showed that the total degree of the areas of problems of the educational environment facing the teachers of the first three grades in teaching science in the province of Mafraq from the point of view of teachers of the first grades was medium. The results of the study revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the effect of sex in all fields for females. The results of the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the impact of the scientific qualification in all fields. It also revealed the existence of differences of statistical significance attributed to the impact of years of experience where the differences came in favor of years of experience in teaching 10 years and more. The researcher concluded his study with a set of recommendations, including the need to hold training courses for teachers of the first grades in how to address environmental problems educational.
