AU - الحماد، أمل بنت إبراهيم AU - الجارودي، ماجدة بنت إبراهيم AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر نقص القيادات الإدارية المدربة على تحقيق متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض. والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة قد تعزى إلى متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي - الخبرة - الدورات في مجال الجودة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المقارن، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والتي تم توزيعها على عينة قوامها (100) من المديرات بالمدارس الحكومية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى موافقة المديرات على الأثار السلبية لنقص وجود إدارة مدربة للجودة الشاملة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05) بين أفراد الدارسة فيما يتعلق بالمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي - سنوات الخبرة - الدورات التدريبية في مجال الجودة). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study examines the effect of decreasing trained administrative leaders on achieving the requirements of total quality in government schools in Riyadh. And whether there are statistic differences among the responses of study sample due to the following variables (qualification degree - practical experience - courses in the field of quality). For achieving the objectives of this study, a descriptive comparative methodology was used, and a questionnaire as a tool to collect information to evaluate the study objectives. The study society has consisted of (100) person of principals and deputies in government schools in Riyadh. Findings of the study: principals and deputies approved the negative effects due to shortage of trained management of total quality. There is no statistical variation at level (0.05) between the study individuals regarding the variables.
