AU - العتيبي، مشاعل عسير AU - الشهري، مشاعل عوض AU - الخريجة، غزيل إبراهيم AB - استهدف البحث التعرف على واقع الإدارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الابتدائية وسط مدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمات كما هدف إلى تحديد الصعوبات التي تعيق تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في هذه المدارس إضافة إلى التعرف على ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري: المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وقد استخدمت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي، كما تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من (38) فقرة، طبقت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (37) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية التابعة لمكتب وسط الرياض، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات هذه الدراسة؛ لتحديد استجابات أفراد العينة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها: 1) أن استجابات مفردات عينة الدراسة نحو واقع الإدارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الابتدائية جاءت بدرجة "متوسطة". 2) وجود صعوبات تواجه تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الابتدائية، من أهمها غياب الدعم، والحوافز لمديري المدارس من الإدارة التعليمية، وصعوبة توزيع الوقت بين المهام الإدارية والفنية. 3) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مفردات عينة الدراسة نحو واقع الإدارة المدرسية في ضوء معايير الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لمكتب وسط مدينة الرياض تبعاً إلى متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة). وانتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها: 1) العمل على توفير جميع متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية بالأعداد والمواصفات المناسبة في جميع المدارس، مع ضرورة الاستفادة من تجارب الدول المتقدمة في تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية. 2) عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات توعوية بأهمية تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية. 3) منح إدارات المدارس الصلاحيات التي تمكنها من تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية. 4) تبني تدريب مديرات المدارس أثناء الخدمة من خلال إقامة مشروع تدريبي يتضمن إقامة ورش عمل تطبيقية حول الأساليب الحديثة في الإدارة. 5) ضرورة التعاون مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية، وخاصة في أقسام الإدارة التربوية، لإعطاء دورات تدريبية حول الإدارة الاستراتيجية. 6) إجراء دراسة لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمديرات والوكالات والمعلمات؛ لتنمية قدراتهن في سبيل تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية. (الملخص المنشور http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of the existing study is to investigate the reality of applying the scholastic management in the light of the strategic management criteria at the elementary schools in central Riyadh, as per the perspective of the female-teachers. This study also intended to identify: (1) the difficulties which limit or hinder the application of the strategic management at the elementary schools in central Riyadh (2) if there are differences of statistical significance in the response of the participants (sampling) which are attributed to the variable of: 1) The academic qualification. 2) Years of experience. The researchers applied the descriptive, survey methodology. For the purposes of the current study, a (38) statement- questionnaire was used and answered by a random sampling involves 37 female teacher of the elementary stage belonged to central Riyadh Education Office. The SPSS has been applied for the purposes of processing data statistically and get the responses of the participants. The present study reached multiple results as follows: 1) The response rate for participants was “average” towards the reality of applying the scholastic management in the light of the strategic management standards at the elementary stage. 2) There are some difficulties hindering the actual application of the strategic management at the elementary schools. Examples on such difficulties include (1) lack of support and incentives given by the General Administration of Education to the school principals (2) not allocating time effectively between the managerial and the technical tasks. 3) There are not any differences of statistical significance among the response average of participants towards the reality of the scholastic management in the light of the strategic management standards at the elementary stage according to the variables of (1) the academic qualification (2) the years of experience. Based upon the results reached by the existing study, researchers proposed some recommendations as follows: 1) It is highly recommended for the General Administration of Education to give financial and morale incentives to the school principals. 2) A much more care and attention is to be given to fight the obstacles limiting the efficiency of the strategic management at schools all around the kingdom. 3) It is also vital to examine and review the successful experiences in the field of the strategic management and applying them at the level of all the schools in Saudi Arabia. 4) It is important to provide all of the requirements for applying the strategic management at the level of schools. 5) It is recommended to make use of the experiences of other countries in the application of the strategic management. 6) Holding seminars and conferences that can educate on the importance attached to the application of the strategic management. 7) School principals are to be trained throughout holding a training project including holding practical workshops on how to use the modern techniques in the field of management.8) It really recommended also to encourage female-teachers on conducting researches and studies on the modern managerial techniques. Afterwards, such researches and studies shall be covered at conferences and seminars to discuss its results and how appropriately to apply such results. 9) A mutual cooperation among the teaching staff at the Saudi universities (particularly among the educational management departments) is recommended. This includes holding training courses around the issues of the strategic management. 10) To conduct further studies and researches to determine the needed training requirements by the school principals and female - teachers for the purposes of promoting their own abilities in the application of the strategic management.
