AU - هاشم، نهلة عبد القادر AU - محمد، سليمان عبد ربه AU - محروس، رانيا حسن AB - هدفت الدراسة التوصل إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتفعيل الحوكمة الأكاديمية التشاركية بالجامعات المصرية، وعلى ذلك حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤلات الآتية: 1) ما الأسس النظرية للحوكمة الأكاديمية التشاركية في الجامعات المعاصرة؟ 2) ما واقع الحوكمة الأكاديمية التشاركية بالجامعات المصرية؟ 3) ما الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل الحوكمة الأكاديمية بالجامعات المصرية؟ وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت على عدة أقسام: تضمن القسم الأول تحديد الأسس النظرية للحوكمة الأكاديمية التشاركية بالجامعات المعاصرة؛ بينما شمل القسم الثاني تحديد واقع الحوكمة الأكاديمية التشاركية بالجامعات المصرية؛ وأخيراً تضمّن القسم الثالث مقترحات لتفعيل الحوكمة الأكاديمية التشاركية بالجامعات المصرية.
