AU - بالقاسمي، محمد الأزهر AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمي المدارس الابتدائية وفق التدريس بالكفاءات حسب مستوى كل من التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم. حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على عينة تكونت من 64 معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية عبر ابتدائيات مدينة الوادي خلال الموسم الدراسي 2012 / 2013، وللكشف عن درجة الصعوبة تم اختيار المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة، كما استعملنا الأداة المتمثلة في استبانة تقيس الصعوبات التي تواجه المعلمين في التدريس بالكفاءات من تصميم الباحثتان (كلثوم قاجة، ومريم بن سكيريفة، 2010). وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن درجة الصعوبات التي تواجه المعلمين وفق التدريس بالكفاءات متوسطة بنسبة تقدر بـ 2.01؛ حيث بلغ متوسطها الحسابي في مرحلة التخطيط بـ 1.92، بينما بلغ متوسطها الحسابي في مرحلة التنفيذ بـ 2.09، أما في مرحلة التقويم فقد بلغ متوسطها الحسابي بـ 2.03، وقد أشارت جميع هذه النتائج أن درجة صعوبات التدريس بالكفاءات لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية متوسطة في كل مراحل عملية التدريس؛ وهذا مؤشر خطير لأن نتائجه تنعكس على تعلم التلاميذ وعلى العملية التعليمية ككل.
