AU - شقلال، عبد الله AB - The study aimed to developing Higher Thinking Skills in Mathematics at the Preparatory Stage pupils using a suggested strategy based on Flipped Learning. To achieve the objective of study, the researcher used experimental approach, precisely quasi - experimental, used Higher Thinking Skills Test in Mathematics. The sample of the study included (30) students for the control and the experimental group. The result of the research revealed the following: There was a statistical difference at the level of (0,01) between the average of the control and the experimental group in the Higher Thinking Skills in favor of the experimental group. The study suggests: 1) Adopting Flipped Learning Strategy for developing Higher Thinking Skills at Mathematics. 2) Activities, exercises and projects are the optimal investment of the class of direct indoctrination of the content and this occurs by using modern methods such as Flipped Learning Strategy.
