The research followed the descriptive analytical method. The research results list of proposed Standards to prepare home economics teachers to teach in mainstreaming schools, It included (5) fields and falls under each field (16) criteria and falls under each criterion (148) indicators. The research recommended: Building a program based on the international standards for the preparation of special education teacher to develop the professional competencies required for the student/ teacher of home economics to teach in mainstreaming schools.
