AU - المحمدي، عفاف سالم AB - تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على مدى تاثير وجهة الضبط (الداخلي والخارجي ) وفعالية الذات على التحصيل الدراسي لطالبات المرحلة الثانوية، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة من 374 طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية اختير أفرادها بطريقة عشوائية من ست مدارس حكومية بمدينة الرياض. طبقت عليهن أداتا الدراسة: مقياس روتر (Rotter) لوجهة الضبط، ومقياس فاعلية الذات لشيرر وآدمز (Sherer & Adams). وقد اتضح من النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التحصيل الدراسي لصالح وجهة الضبط الخارجي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التحصيل الدراسي لصالح فعالية الذات العالية. كما اتضح من النتائج عدم وجود فروق في فعالية الذات (عالية أو منخفضة) تعزى لوجهة الضبط (داخلي وخارجي)، واتضح وجود اختلاف بين فعالية الذات (عالية أو منخفضة) تعزى لاختلاف التخصص (علمي وأدبي). وعدم وجود اختلاف ذي دلالة إحصائية في وجهة الضبط (داخلي وخارجي) بين التخصص (علمي وأدبي). كما اتضح من تحليل الانحدار أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالتحصيل الدراسي لطالبات المرحلة الثانوية من معرفة وجهة الضبط وفعالية الذات لديهن. The sample of the study consists of 374 high school female students selected randomly from six government schools in Riyadh. Rotter's Locus of Control Scale and Sherer & Adams's Self- Efficacy Scale are the two instruments applied in this study. The Results show that there are statistically significant differences in academic achievement in favor of external locus of control and high self-efficacy. There are no differences in self-efficacy (high or low) attributed to locus of control (internal and external). Nonetheless, there is a difference between self-efficacy (high or low) attributed to the different specialization (science and literary). There are no statistically significant differences in locus of control attributed to specialization (science and literary). The regression analysis shows that academic achievement of high school female students can be predicted from their locus of control and self-efficacy.
