AU - الغامدي، عمير بن سفر عمير AU - الزهراني، عبد العزيز علي AB - This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing of Alhajrah school leaders of their role in enhancing the intellectual security for students from teachers’ perspective. To achieve this goal, the study used the analytical descriptive approach. To collect data, a survey was sent to all study population excluding the pilot study sample. The final participants were 266 teachers. Using appropriate statistical methods, the results showed that the degree of practicing of school leaders of their role in enhancing the intellectual security for students was moderate as the value of the arithmetic average reaches 3.28. The results revealed statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0.05) in the level of enhancing the intellectual security for students, which attributed to the variable of educational phase in the favor of the high school phase. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences accordingly to the variables of experience and specialization in the favor of the 10 years and less and the human science respectively. On the other hand, the results have not shown significant differences that can be attributable to the variable of scientific qualification. According to the results, a set of recommendations was provided to enhance the intellectual security for students. For instance, school leaders should provide more concern for the relationships with the local society as well as drawing school plans that support the national values and concepts for students.
