AB - The aim of the current research is to identify the degree of faculty members’ use of university teaching strategies at the Faculty of Science and Arts in the University of Najran and to identify proposed criteria for evaluating these strategies. The research sample members consisted of (106) members of both sexes, (54) males, and (52) of females. A questionnaire was prepared by the researcher, the value of the coefficient of stability (0.960), and showed the most important results: 1) The degree of use of teaching strategies as a whole by faculty members was moderate. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages in the degree of use of faculty members for university teaching strategies due to the variable: specialization, job title, years of teaching experience, and scientific qualification. 3) The degree of availability of the proposed standards for evaluating the university teaching strategies used ranged from (high and very high). 4) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages in the degree of faculty members’ use of university teaching strategies due to the variable: gender for females and the variable number of strategies that were offered for training, that is for Faculty members who were trained on more than 10 strategies.
