AU - العودة، إبراهيم بن سليمان AB - The study aimed at presenting a proposed vision to raise the degree of organizational loyalty among faculty members in Saudi universities in light of the dimensions of Servant leadership. The study followed the descriptive approach, and applied the questionnaire study tool to the sample of the faculty members of some of the 887 Saudi universities. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: Provide organizational loyalty to the members of the study to a high degree, The academic leadership of the Saudi universities shall exercise the dimensions of the five servant leadership (administrative organization, altruism, empathy, empowerment, community building) to a medium degree, There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the members of the study sample on the practice of faculty members for organizational loyalty which is attributed to the university variable, There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) among the trends of the three universities on the practice of dimensions of the servant leadership, except for the fifth dimension of community building. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) for Umm Al Qura University. There is a positive relationship between the university leadership in the five dimensions and the level of organizational loyalty among faculty members in Saudi universities. The study then presented a proposed vision to raise the degree of organizational loyalty among faculty members in Saudi universities in light of the dimensions of Servant leadership.
