AB - This research aimed to identify the implementation degree of teacher's duties included in the organizational guide for schools by student teachers according to the assessment of collaborator teacher. To achieve this, the researcher used the survey descriptive methodology. The research conducted of a sample consisted of 19 collaborator teachers. The sample formed the whole society. The researcher utilized a questionnaire with four main sections: teacher's duties towards student, teacher's duties towards subject matter, teacher's duties towards school and school administration, and teacher's duties towards himself and the society. Then, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were demonstrated. The results revealed that the student teachers implementation degree of teacher's duties in these sections (teacher's duties towards student, teacher's duties towards subject matter, and teacher's duties towards school and school administration) were “High”, and the student teachers implementation degree of teacher's duties towards himself and the society was “Medium. Finally, in the light of the results, the researcher provided some suggestions and recommendations. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
