AU - الهاجري، سالم سعد AU - الخالدي، عنود فهد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي تحول دون الاستفادة من نتائج البحوث التربوية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليتي التربية الحكوميتين بدولة الكويت. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهجَ الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (21) عبارة، موزعة على ثلاثة محاور. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (100) عضو هيئة تدريس. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أنّ درجة المعوقات التي تحول دون الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي جاءت في مجملها عالية، وجاءت المعوقات التنظيمية بدرجة عالية جداً، تلتها معوقات السياسة التربوية بدرجة عالية، بينما كانت المعوقات المنهجية بدرجة متوسطة. ولم يكن هناك فروقٌ ذاتٌ دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات تٌعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، أو جهة العمل؛ بينما كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات تبعاً لمتغير الدرجة العلمية، وذلك لصالح فئة الأستاذ المساعد والأستاذ المشارك، وخٌتمت الدراسة بالتوصيات والاقتراحات التي أملتها النتائج. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The present study aims to identify the obstacles that prevent benefiting from the results of research, as perceived by of the faculty members in the government education colleges in the state of Kuwait. The study adopted descriptive analytical method. To achieve the goals of the study, a 21-item questionnaire was developed. It was divided into three dimensions. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 100 faculty members. Findings showed that: the obstacles that hinder the application of the results of educational research as well as the organizational obstacles, and the obstacles of educational policy were high, while the procedural obstacles were moderate. There were no statistically significant differences related to gender or the college variables. There were statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the variable of the academic status in favor of assistant professor and associate professor.
