AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تطوير المكتبات المدرسية في ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم الى مراكز مصادر للتعلم في المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية جبل الأولياء، والتعريف بمطلوبات العملية التعليمية في ضوء تكنولوجيا التعليم، ومناقشة واقع المكتبات التقليدية في ظل ثورة انفجار المعرفة، وطرح تصور مقترح لتطوير المكتبة المدرسية وترقيتها لمراكز مصادر للتعلم. اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكان مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمين والمعلمات بمحلية جبل الاولياء وتم إختيار عينة عشوائية قدرت ب (80) معلما ومعلمة بمدارس بالمحلية. وتم تحليل الدراسة باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). كما وظفت الباحثة الاستبانة والمقابلة من أدوات المنهج الوصفي لجمع المعلومات، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: 1) المكتبة التقليدية لا تلبي مطلوبات التربية الحديثة. 2) تنوع مصادر التعلم مطلب رئيس لتفعيل العملية التعليمية. 3) مراكز مصادر التعلم تساهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية. 4) قلة الموارد المالىة تعيق تطوير المكتبات المدرسية الى مراكز مصادر التعلم. وبناءً علي هذه النتائج اوصت الباحثة بالتوصيات التالىة: 1) الاستعانة بالجامعات والإدارات التعليمية في التوعية بأهمية مراكز مصادر التعلم. 2) توفير الموارد المالىة والكوادر البشرية المؤهلة في إنشاء مراكز مصادر التعلم. 3) تنظيم مؤتمرات من قبل أساتذة المرحلة الثانوية تكرس لاهمية المصادر وتنوعها وتطويرها والمؤسسات المؤهلة للنهوض بها. 4) طرح مقترحات للبحوث العلمية من - الجامعات ومراكز البحوث - التي تساهم في تطوير العملية التعليمية بكل جوانبها. AB - This study aimed at developing the schools’ libraries in the light of the education technology into education sources centers at secondary level in Jabbal Awlia Locality, and the most important aims of this study are; To acquaint with the requirements of educational process in the light of the education technology to discuss the actuality of the classical libraries under the explosion of Knowledge revaluation, to put forward a proposal to develop the school’s library and to be promoted into education sources centers. In this study the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach , and the population of the study was composed of teachers (male / female) in Jabal Awlia Locality and the sample has been taken randomly which consist of (80) teachers (male/female) schools in the Locality. And the data has been analyzed by using the analysis programme (SPSS), and the researcher also used the questionnaire and the interview as the descriptive approach’s tools to collect the data. The study attained a great number of results and the most significant are: 1) The classical library is not fulfill the requirements of the modern education. 2) Diversity of learning sources is a main aim in interacting and activating the educational process. 3) The centers of learning sources contribute in developing the educational process. 4) Diversity of learning sources is a main aim of the educational process. According to these results the researcher recommended the following: 1) To seek the help of the universities and educational administrations in enlightening with the importance of the learning sources centers. 2) Ministerial plans should be made to develop the schools’ libraries on international criteria to satisfy the student’s need. 3) To provide the qualified human cadres who have experience in constructing the centers of learning sources. 4) To organize conferences from the teachers of secondary level to dedicate the significance, diversity and development of these sources and the capable institutions to develop it . 5) To present suggestion for scientific researchers from the universities and the researches centers which contribute in developing all the sides of the educational process.
