AB - The current research paper aimed to identify the relationship between the academic achievement and psychological flow. It also aimed to determine the differences in academic achievement in secondary stage students of high or low on all degrees of self-motivation and psychological flow. The research paper focused on investigating the possibility of predicting academic achievement based on either self-motivation or psychological flow in a sample of secondary stage students in the State of Kuwait. The participants were about (178) members. The aim of this study was to measure the availability of competencies of the teacher in the public schools for grades (10th,11th,12th) in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate from the point of view of the teachers and their relation to gender variables (male, female), years of experience, the scientific qualification. A descriptive analytical approach was used, questionnaire was applied to a sample of 150 teachers who were randomly stratified selected. The results of the study revealed the availability of competencies at a medium level on all fields of the questionnaire, with a general average of (3.9121) and a standard deviation of (0.44968). At the level of fields, the second field (class management) achieved the highest average (4.2244), followed by erasure the first field (teaching) and got an average (4.2010), the third field (evaluation) got the arithmetic average of (4.0360). The fourth axis (teachers' attitudes toward the use of educational technology) received a general average (3.7817). The fifth field (the educational environment) obtained a general arithmetic mean (3.4713). The results of the study showed that the most important competencies from the point of view of teachers are related to the educational environment. The results also indicate that there are no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable (males and females), there are no statistically significant differences due to the variable of scientific qualification. The study recommended the need to prepare teachers trained in the use of education technology, and continuously develop curricula to suit the scientific progress and levels of students, the need to provide the necessary equipment and materials for the implementation of the curriculum, and holding joint workshops between the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and universities to overcome the difficulties faced by teachers in using innovation of instructional technology.
