AU - الشمري، عبد العزيز بن سويلم بن عبد الله AU - الحربي، عارف بن محمد AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أهم المعوقات الادارية التي تواجه مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة حائل المتعلقة بمدير المدرسة والتنظيم المدرسي من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة. التعرف على أهم المعوقات الإدارية التي تواجه مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة حائل المتعلقة بالمصادر المالية والمرافق والتجهيزات من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة. تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مديري المدارس للمرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة حائل، حسب مكاتب التربية والتعليم، والبالغ عددهم (90) مديرا، كان من بينهم (47) مدير من مكتب الجنوب، و (43) مديرا من مكتب الشمال. وتوصي الدراسة بتوفير التجهيزات والأجهزة اللازمة لمتطلبات العمل في الإدارة المدرسية. وإتاحة الفرص أمام مديري المدارس للالتحاق بدورات تدريبية في كيفية حل المشكلات وآليات التوصل إلى حلول مناسبة. وتدريب المديرين على أساليب البحث العلمي للتمكن من إجراء الدراسات حول المشكلات والمعوقات في المدرسة. The research community consists of all the principals of the primary school in the city of Hail, according to the educational offices, which are (90) managers, including (47) Director of the South Office, and (43) managers from the North Office.
